Terms & Conditions — PartLagbe

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using PartLagbe ("the platform") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform role

PartLagbe operates a B2B marketplace that connects auto parts suppliers with garages. We facilitate discovery, quotation and order coordination. We are not the seller of record unless explicitly stated.

3. Accounts

Garage and supplier accounts are created via the registration forms and approved by our admin team. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Listings & quotes

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, stock, pricing and quoted lead times. Garages are responsible for confirming part compatibility with their vehicles before accepting a quote.

5. Payments

Online payments are not yet enabled. Settlement between supplier and garage happens offline during the MVP period. PartLagbe is not liable for any transaction between counterparties.

6. Warranty & returns

Warranty terms follow the supplier's policy. Returns and refunds must be agreed directly between the supplier and garage.

7. Prohibited use

You may not list counterfeit parts, misrepresent OEM/genuine status, harass users, or attempt to circumvent platform safeguards.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
